

This session aims to help you to problem solve and develop strategies to help your child develop a healthy sleep pattern.
Does your child have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep? There are a range of reasons why some children may have difficulty with this, including sensory, dietary and emotional needs. Developing strategies to explore reasons for sleep difficulties is key to overcoming these issues, so that your child (and you) can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
