Family Support Adviser – Helpline & Community
£24,000 – £26,000 a year
Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an empathetic, compassionate person to join our team of Family Support Advisers. This role will be primarily desk based, helping to answer incoming helpline calls and emails, providing supportive listening to parents as well as practical advice and signposting. You will also meet with families face to face to provide information, support, and advice, working to the Family Partnership Model of good practice.

At The SNAP Centre

At SNAP there is so much to help a parent/carer of a child with additional needs. Our centre offers wonderful specialist resources for parents and children and an activity programme for children of all ages from 0-25 and their siblings.

Fundraising

With help SNAP can continue to support Essex families who have any special need or disability, as it has been doing for the last 28 years. We are currently supporting more than 3,200 families across Essex.
