At The SNAP Centre
At SNAP there is so much to help a parent/carer of a child with additional needs. Our centre offers wonderful specialist resources for parents and children and an activity programme for children of all ages from 0-25 and their siblings.
Fundraising
With help SNAP can continue to support Essex families who have any additional need or disability, as it has been doing for over 30 years. We are currently supporting more than 5,000 families across Essex.
