Contact us

From our base in Brentwood, SNAP is an Essex charity which helps thousands of families with children and young people who have an additional need or disability.

No formal diagnosis or professional referral is necessary to access SNAP services, available to families of children and young people aged 0-25. The SNAP Centre offers a wide range of services including an email and telephone helpline, face to face parent support, training talks, counselling, education advice sessions, and activities for parents, children and young people, specialist holiday sessions and support for siblings.

Our SNAP Centre boasts a training room, multi-purpose activity hall, multi-sensory room and a specialist IT suite and library of specialist books and DVDs. A wide variety of resources can also be accessed online including useful contacts, an online Information Network and support from our dedicated Parent Advisers.
