The family services, business and fundraising responsibilities of the charity are delivered by our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, overseen by our board of Trustees.
Trustees
SNAP is governed by an Executive Board of 11 Trustees, which has a balanced mix of parents of children with disabilities and other members of the community, with experience in finance, health, law and education.

The SNAP Directors lead the Family Team and Finance & Fundraising Team, who together ensure the smooth delivery of services that make this charity so special.

Honorary Life President
Hilary Needham MBE – SNAP Founder, Chairman (1994-1998), Manager (1998 – 2017) Hilary was awarded an MBE in 2012 for services to children and young people with special needs and their families. She remains actively involved in SNAP leading the team of SNAP Ambassadors.
