We will be hosting our very first Autism Conference at the Brentwood Holiday Inn on Tuesday 10th November 2026. The conference will be a wonderful opportunity to hear insights from four renowned autistic speakers who will be drawing on their own lived experiences in both their personal and professional lives.

There are two ticket types available for this event. 

SNAP Parent ticket: £50 – please email admin@snapcharity.org if you would like to purchase a ticket.

Professional ticket: £100

General

What time does the conference start?

Registration opens at 9:00am, with the conference beginning promptly at 9:30am.

What time does the conference finish?

The conference is expected to finish at approximately 3:00pm.

What should I bring?

When you register on the day, we will ask for your full name and organisation (if applicable). You do not need to bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation. We recommend bringing a notebook and pen if you would like to make notes during the sessions.

What should I wear?

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Casual attire is absolutely fine.

Venue

Where is the conference being held?

The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Brentwood, Brook Street, Brentwood, Essex CM14 5NF

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available for conference attendees. When you arrive, please register your vehicle at the hotel reception to receive complimentary parking.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue offers accessible facilities. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance so we can help make appropriate arrangements.

Is there a quiet space available if I need some time away from the conference?

Yes. We understand that conferences can sometimes feel overwhelming, so a quiet sensory space will be available throughout the day. If you need somewhere calm to take a break, please speak to a member of the event team, who will be happy to direct you to the space.

Food & Refreshments

Will refreshments be provided?

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available during the scheduled breaks.

Will lunch be included?

Yes, lunch is included. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies. This can be disclosed when completing our booking form.

During the Conference

Will presentation slides be shared?

Where speakers have given permission, presentation slides and resources will be shared after the event.

Will there be opportunities to ask questions?

Each speaker will outline their preference in relation to answering questions. Some may take questions during their presentation whilst others may have dedicated Q&A time. Any questions following the conference can be sent to familyteam@snapcharity.org

Can I network with other attendees?

Yes. Refreshment breaks and lunch provide a great opportunity to meet other delegates, speakers and exhibitors.

Can I visit exhibitor or information stands?

Yes. There will be exhibitor and information stands in the marketplace area for you to visit during the refreshment breaks and lunchtime.

Will there be opportunities to learn more about SNAP's services?

Yes. SNAP will have a stand in the marketplace, and we’d love for you to come along, meet the team and learn more about the services we provide.

Are CPD certificates available?

We do not offer CPD certification for attending this conference. However we can supply a certificate of attendance upon request.

Will the conference be recorded?

The conference sessions will not be recorded. However, where speakers have given permission, presentation slides will be shared after the event.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Details will be provided when you register on arrival.

Photography

Will photographs be taken?

Photographs may be taken during the conference for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs, please let a member of the event team know when you arrive.
