Overview

The Starfish Project is a non-profit making project for training young people aged 12 to 18 years and adults who stammer or stutter to both control and gain confidence over something that has controlled them.

Training on all Starfish courses is on a one-to-one basis, given by recovering stammerers.

It combines compassion and care, to teach successful methods of diaphragmatic retraining (costal breathing), avoidance reduction therapy and positive attitude development.
