The new number for Samaritans, 116 123, is free to call from both landlines and mobiles, and does not show up on phone bills. Samaritans is still offering the same service as it did before. People who are going through a difficult time can access the service round the clock, every single day of the year, but now this can be done without paying for the phone call.
