Transition Information Network (TIN) is an alliance of organisations and individuals who aim to improve the experience of disabled young people’s transition to adulthood.

TIN is a source of information and good practice standards for disabled young people, families and professionals.

TIN provides information and resources about transition through the website, publications and events.

There is a magazine called My Future Choices which is for disabled young people, families and professionals. It includes articles about transition projects, interviews with disabled young people, the latest policy and charity news and resources.

TIN also produces an e-bulletin which lists the latest policy and practice developments effecting disabled young people in transition.

Seminars are also run to provide disabled young people, parents and professionals with the opportunity to explore and discuss transition issues.
