Citizens Advice – Rayleigh is an independent general advice service offering free and confidential advice on a wide range of subjects. These include general information on benefits and welfare rights, help with appeals and tribunals, help with form filling, guidance on qualification for Disability Living Allowance and Personal Independence Payment as well as advice on debt, employment, personal and family problems.

Opening hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am until 1pm.
