Children’s Rights Policy and Development Officer for Essex County Council provides advice, consultancy and support to schools, children and families on children’s rights matters relating to children and young people in care, care leavers and children in need. It supports services to develop their plans to involve children and young people in the development, design and delivery of services to children and young people.
