Chelmsford Community Transport

Chelmsford Community Transport, a registered charity, runs three schemes for the Chelmsford borough: a minibus brokerage scheme, for community group use; a door to door social car scheme with volunteer drivers; and Chelmsford Dial-A-Ride minibuses.
