Ugobus provides tailored transport throughout Essex, using Essex County Council’s in-house minibus fleet and drivers.

• The fleet undertakes contracted work to meet specific accessibility needs for adults  and children and support local community transport provision
• Provides bus services, including the Broomfield Shuttle service and rural bus services
• Provides student / mainstream transport to colleges and schools
• Vehicles can be hired with a driver by non-profit organisations and registered charities

Ugobus provides high quality, bespoke transport for private passengers to a range of centres. The shared minibus service helps to reduce social isolation, providing a friendly, caring atmosphere.

The needs of each passenger are carefully assessed and if necessary, door to door help is given to access the vehicle by a team of highly experienced passenger assistants.

All the drivers and passenger assistants have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
