There’s lots of great ways to get involved in supporting and raising awareness of SNAP
This Awareness Week, we’re coming together to raise awareness—and vital funds—for early intervention and support for pre-school children and their families.
Because behind every little one who needs support is a family navigating new challenges—often feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn.
Early intervention isn’t just about children—it’s about families, too.
When a child faces developmental delays, health issues, or emotional struggles, parents often carry the weight of worry, appointments, and unanswered questions.
It can be lonely, especially in those early years when routines are new, support networks are thin, and everything feels unfamiliar.
That’s why our work focuses on:
- Helping children thrive through early play-based therapies and support
- Offering parents guidance, connection, and reassurance when they need it most
- Creating a community that understands, listens, and lifts each other up
Spread the word and join us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and help share the good work SNAP does and the ways people can get involved in supporting us and XXXX.
If you have any other ideas for raising funds and awareness for SNAP please contact us at [email protected] as we’d be happy to help with guidance and support.
There are a variety of activities and ideas for you to get involved with throughout our special week.
