SNAP is pleased to welcome Sarah Sharp from Tictock Therapy C.I.C. Sarah is a trained CBiT therapist and also the parent of two children with Tourette’s and co-occurring condition. In her first webinar for SNAP she will be presenting an introduction to Tics and Tourettes.

SNAP Specialist Talk - There are a range of reasons why some children may have difficulty with falling asleep or staying asleep; including sensory, dietary and emotional needs. Developing strategies to explore reasons for sleep difficulties is key to overcoming these issues, so that your child (and you) can enjoy a good nights sleep. This session aims to help you to problem solve and develop strategies to help your child develop a healthy sleep pattern.

Sensory processing differences are very commonly experienced by people who have a diagnosis of autism, but are also often experienced by people who have no diagnosis – including all of us at times (e.g. when overwhelmed, tired, hungry, etc).

This coffee morning is specially for Grandparents of SNAP families. With many grandparents taking on key roles in providing additional childcare and support for their families this will give them an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and meet other grandparents.
