About this Specialist Talk
This workshop is an introduction for parents of children with additional needs who want to know more about supporting siblings.
This workshop will help parents of children with additional needs find ways of giving attention, information, and support to the other children in their families. Participants will gain: an insight into siblings’ needs and experiences, practical ideas for giving siblings attention, further sources of information.
Sibs will be joining SNAP to help parents of children with additional needs explore way supporting siblings.
SNAP is pleased to be able to announce we have secured funding from NHS Charities Together and Mid and South Essex Hospitals Charity which will enable us to offer them FREE for families registered with SNAP for a limited time. A nominal charge for Professionals to attend still applies.
We ask that the links to the webinars are kept private to ensure that everyone who has booked is able to access the session without issue. Places will be limited and must be booked in advance.
Sibs (www.sibs.org.uk) is a national charity that has been running for over 20 years. They provide information, advice and support to children and adults who have a brother or sister with additional needs or disabilities.
