Preparing for Primary School with Debby Avauche

Preschool SEN Specialist Debby Avauche will be joining SNAP to help parents prepare their child with additional needs for the transition from pre-school to primary school.

Looking at transitional preparations completed alongside the preschool and primary school settings, as well as practical strategies families can do at home in the lead up to starting school.
