About this Specialist Talk
This small group workshop is a chance to discuss ideas and strategies to support the transition into primary school for parents of preschool aged children with additional needs.
A creche will be available and places must be booked in advance.
SNAP is pleased to be able to announce we have secured funding from NHS Charities Together and Mid and South Essex Hospitals Charity which will enable us to offer them FREE for families registered with SNAP for a limited time. A nominal charge for Professionals to attend still applies.
