The session will look at the implications for a return to a ‘new normal’, dealing with uncertainty, anxiety and rationalising fears.
This session with Kathryn Miller will aim to develop your awareness of anxiety and how it affects us all. It will have a particular focus on anxiety in young people with additional needs; looking at causes and impact of this with reference to the current situation.
The session will also look at the implications for a return to school, clubs and a ‘new normal’, alongside dealing with uncertain timescales. With ideas and strategies for dealing with anxiety, and rationalising fears.
