Support SNAP this Christmas

Whether you have been naughty or nice, you can join in the festive giving season whilst supporting SNAP. There are lots of ways to get involved!

Get your Christmas cards at SNAP

Christmas cards will be available at SNAP’s reception from October half term.

Packs are £4 each or 3 for £10

All profits from the sale of the cards will be donated to SNAP. Payment and collection will be from our front desk only.

SNAP’s Chocolate Tombolas

For numerous years, SNAP has attended local Christmas Lighting Up events over the festive period and hosted chocolate tombola raffles. This year will be no different!

We need your kind contributions of small chocolate bars, selection boxes and tubs to help make it possible!

SNAP will have stalls at:

Lighting Up Brentwood – Saturday 22 November (12-6pm), Brentwood High Street

Festive Shenfield with Brentwood Connected – Sunday 14 December (12-6pm), Hutton Road

If you can help, please hand in your donations to SNAP’s reception by Monday 10 November between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you have some time you could give?

We also need volunteers to help run the chocolate tombolas! We would welcome volunteers any time between 11am and 7pm for set-up, the event and pack-down!

Giving Tuesday – 2 December

Celebrate Giving Tuesday by supporting SNAP. Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement, that celebrates and encourages doing good. Giving Tuesday is all about the different ways you can give back to your favourite local charity. Why not:

Fundraise for SNAP – host a special Christmas party raffle, festive cake sale or competition, or join in with Christmas Jumper Day (more details below!)
Volunteer your time – support us with Brentwood and Shenfield’s Lighting Up events
Support while you shop this Christmas – Sign up to support SNAP via Give as you Live and you could generate free donations on any online purchases. It’s free to use – They turn a percentage of your spend in over 6,000 stores into free funds for SNAP!

Christmas Jumper Day

On Thursday 11 December help support local families this festive season dressed in your favourite, ugliest and cutest woollies.

Wear your most festive sweater, donate £1, £2 or £5 to SNAP and help raise money to ensure Essex families who have a child or young person with any additional need or disability always have support when they need it. Whether you are in work or working from home, you can still make Thursday 11 December a SNAP Woolly Wonderland with your colleagues, school chums or family and friends.
