Motivated Minds is a non-profit Community Interest Company that designs and facilitates sustainable health and well-being solutions.

Their aim is to reduce stigma of mental ill health and support individuals through positive psychological/behaviour change, enabling them to live happier and healthier lives. They offer a variety of services including: advocacy, practical support, training and workshops.

There is a one-stop-wellness shop called HAPPY Hub, that has everything to support positive mental health in all ages.

The HAPPY Hub is based in Eastgate Shopping Centre, Basildon, which gives a fantastic platform to directly support mental and physical health directly in the community. They sell a range of tools to support mental health, and also run a variety of positive activities for people to take part in such as ping pong, a cuppa, a workshop, and their popular MIND craft sessions.
