Victim Support Essex provides help to anyone affected by crime, not only victims and witnesses, but their friends, family and any other people involved.

Victim Support Essex is an independent charity and can be contacted whether the crime has been reported to the police or not.

Victim Support provides a helpline for victims of abuse and is open weekdays from 8.00am to 8.00pm and weekends from 9.00am to 7.00pm and bank holidays 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Councils in Essex also offer advice and support such as Essex County Council who can offer help via the Essex Safeguarding Adults Board and Essex Safeguarding Children’s Board.
