Tomcat Twisters are designed to look like a stylish sports shoe, using a lacing wheel behind the heel which can be fastened and undone in seconds instead of using conventional laces.

The shoe can also be adapted so an orthotist can heat and peel back the sole to remove/add material to build a wedge.
