The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is a national user-led charity for spinal cord injured people. The SIA aims to meet the needs of individuals by providing key services to share information and experience, and to campaign for change. The SIA will support spinal cord injured people from injury and thereafter. SIA provides a freephone advice line, telephone counselling, continuing healthcare service, peer support services, publications, website and master classes.
