SCAFT (Supporting Carers And Families Together) is an organisation that aims to relieve the social, emotional, mental, physical and educational needs of carers and their families through the provision of support, person and group centred interventions, advice, and guidance. SCAFT offers support to young carers aged 6-18 and adult carers living in the county of Essex.
