Independence at Home provide grants for people with a disability or long term illness towards the cost of adaptations, equipment or other things to help you manage at home. The grant must go towards an item to assist a child to live at home. Applications must be supported by a professional involved in the child’s care, usually an occupational therapist or a social worker.
