Global Mediation is an experienced provider of SEN mediation and disagreement resolution services.

In accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEN Code of Practice (January 2015) each local authority must have its own independent mediation service and Global Mediation provides SEN services for Essex County Council.

Mediation is conducted in a safe, neutral environment that allows for both parties to be listened to and understood.

The SEN mediation team have extensive training and knowledge of the legislation and framework relating to SEN and health and social care. They work closely with all concerned parties to achieve a fast, pragmatic and mutually-agreeable solution to all types of SEN disputes.
