Family Lives (previously known as Parentline) offers a confidential and free helpline service for families in England and Wales, for emotional support, information, advice and guidance on any aspect of parenting and family life.

The helpline is open from 9am to 9pm on Monday to Friday and 10am to 3pm at weekends.

The service also offers online chat, email support and online forums.
