Many parents in the UK today are frozen out of work by the cost of childcare and disadvantaged children fall behind their peers before they even start school. Coram Family and Childcare works to change this and to make the UK a better place for families.

They work in partnership with local authorities and other organisations to ensure parents know about their entitlement to free childcare through their consultancy work, their work with Family Information Services, and by delivering information to parents through peer to peer schemes in local communities.
