Epilepsy Action is the UK’s member-led epilepsy organisation.

They provide advice, information and support to anyone with an interest in epilepsy and work to improve the lives of the 600,000 UK residents with the condition.

The charity also runs virtual Zoom meetings and has a peer to peer scheme where people can get individual support over the phone.

Based in Leeds, they serve the whole of the UK, with a network of local branches and volunteers.

There are also local talk and support groups in Basildon, Chelmsford and Romford. Search for local groups via the website.
