CRESTED (Council for the Registration of Schools Teaching Dyslexic Pupils)
A register to help parents and those who advise them, to choose schools for dyslexic (SpLD) pupils.
Overview
CReSTeD (Council for the Registration of Schools Teaching Dyslexic pupils) keeps a register to help parents and those who advise them, to choose schools for dyslexic (SpLD) pupils.
The list of schools, both maintained and independent, have been through an established registration procedure, including a visit by a CReSTeD selected consultant.
Schools and centres listed in the Register have declared whether they have provision for pupils with SpLD. All schools and centres will have their provision for these additional needs observed during their routine three yearly visits.
