Young Lives vs Cancer works to provide support that’s easy to access and meets individual needs.

The care teams work to:

• provide day-to-day support for each child, young person and family, from information and guidance to clinical care and specialist play during treatment
• help young people and families find essential financial support through benefits and grants
• arrange nursing care in the home or locally, and can offer Homes from Home near hospitals during treatment
• source professional support for young patients
• provide bereavement support
• campaign for policy change
