Citizens Advice – Southend is an independent general advice service offering free and confidential advice on a wide range of subjects. These include general information on benefits and welfare rights, help with appeals and tribunals, help with form filling, guidance on qualification for Disability Living Allowance as well as advice on debt, employment, personal and family problems. Home visits are often available for clients unable to call in at the Bureau.
