Since starting in 2018 Butterflies has evolved from a monthly club in each area to providing personalised activity packages to every member.

This has helped them to identify what each family wants their child to gain from attending Butterflies. Some families want to attend a range of hall sessions, Community based activities and full day trips and other families want their child to have a monthly meet up with their friends and that’s all.

By making every child their own personalised activity package they can ensure every activity they do is planned for them as an individual, whether that activity be to make lunch together and increase their independence skills or to manage a day trip and the social skills they use throughout the day.  This also enables them to offer a wrap around service where the children and young people can grow, confident and independent with the comfort of being around the staff they know at the clubs.

Butterflies clubs runs sessions in Hockley, Basildon, Brentwood, Castle Point and Rochford.
