This is a peer support platform that offers a safe, supportive space for neurodivergent adults from across Essex who do not have a learning disability to connect with like-minded others, share experiences, exchange information and coping strategies, explore interests, build confidence, and develop self-advocacy.

The groups meet in various parts of Essex and online and are run by SUMMIT.

LikeMinds Essex groups meet monthly and are free to attend, with refreshments provided for in-person sessions.
