Quyen offers a safe and confidential space, working either in person, online or by telephone.

Counselling Services:

• Supporting Neurodiversity: Neurodiverse adults or parents of neurodiverse children. Quyen offers a safe space to process the mental and physical demands of waiting, receiving and processing a diagnosis.
• Home visits: For clients who would like to do counselling in the comfort of their home – covering Brentwood, Hutton, Shenfield, and Ingatestone areas.
• Young Adults (16 to 18 year olds): Quyen spent 1.5 years working with students at a 6^th Form College. Anxiety, low mood, disconnection and sleep issues were common.
• Online: in the comfort and safety of your own space.
• Telephone: accessible, convenient, and flexible.
• In person: calming, safe and quiet environment.
