Reclaim Mobility is a multidisciplinary community rehabilitation team which provides home visits to older children 16+ and young adults who have health conditions affecting their mobility, function and independence.

All health conditions/learning disabilities/syndromes affecting mobility, function and independence are treated. They support families in the South East, Mid and West Essex areas and can work at your home, school or virtually. They can work in collaboration with NHS services or can provide alternative private rehabilitation provision. Please get in touch to discuss your current needs.

Specialist Occupational Therapist working with younger school age children to work with their handwriting/fine motor skills, independence and daily self care skills and dyspraxia.
