SEND Our Way is a Southend based charity that provides support and training for families with children and young people with additional needs whether diagnosed or not.

They provide a range of activities including free Coffee Mornings for parents and/or care givers where you can simply come and have a chat, make new friends and realise you are not having to do this on your own.

These mornings offer free refreshments, arts & crafts and other suitable activities.

Venues are at The Plaza Centre in Southend and Eastwood Baptist Church in Leigh-on-Sea.

SEND Our Way also runs a six-week parenting course for all those who parent or who are caregivers to children aged five to eleven. Each session is an hour and a half with booklets provided by ‘Care for the Family, Time Out for Parents.’
