Two support groups for parent carers of young adults aged 18+ or children and young people aged 0 to 18 years.

The groups run on the first and third Thursday every month from 10.30-12.00. Dates will be announced every month and you are welcome to attend either or both groups.

They meet up for a coffee and chat at Southend Mencap above the Novel Cafe.
