A counselling service based in Chelmsford, for parents and carers of children with any disability or additional need. This includes parents of adult children.

I also have additional qualifications in SEND, PDA and mental health. Counselling is for all adults to help improve your mental health, mental well-being, self esteem and to build resilience to help you cope better on a daily basis.”

All counselling is telephone counselling at present during the pandemic restrictions.
