Enna (formerly Stack Recruitment)

Enna connects neurodivergent individuals to job opportunities with inclusive employers and supports them throughout the recruitment process.

Overview

Enna (formerly Stack) was founded by Emily Banks in 2019 and later renamed to Enna in 2021.

Enna provides support to autistic adults in their search for employment – not just temporary or voluntary work, they are helping people to build fulfilling careers.

Enna does this through providing tailored support and mentoring from specialist job coaches, working with inclusive employers to make the recruitment process (and their office environment) more accessible to neurodiverse workers, and job-matching on a personal basis for the individual job-seeker.

They work on a one-to-one basis to build relationships with potential employees and employers, and have proven success of supporting autistic adults into permanent employment.
