Renew Counselling (formerly Bridge) offers counselling for individuals and couples and can help with a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, bereavement, effects of neglect or abuse, marriage or relationship difficulties, or difficulties at work. Renew counselling also offers a service for children aged between 5 and 11 years and young people aged between 11 and 18 years in Basildon and Chelmsford.
