In October 2025, Relate merged into the TLC: Talk, Listen, Change Group. This includes the profit-for-purpose counselling subsidiary, Now You’re Talking.

Now You’re Talking provides a wide range of counselling services, often with no waiting lists. Those looking for support can select therapists based on their areas of expertise, location, and types of therapy offered. All therapists are registered with an appropriate professional body, with therapists formerly working for The Family and Relationships Centre now available to book for in-person or online sessions.

The service covers London, Essex, Thurrock and Kent.
