React (Rapid Effective Assistance for Children with potentially Terminal illness) provides practical assistance to families living on a low income who care for a child with a life-limiting illness.

The charity funds specialist medical and domestic equipment; travel and food expenses during hospital admissions; holidays at one of six holiday parks around the UK; and sadly funeral and memorial expenses.
