Pholk Care is a community based day service in South East Essex offering fun, educational and person-centred care.

They provide a full day (9:30am – 3pm) group service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays out in the community to try a variety of activities, learning life skills, building confidence and gaining social skills.

There is a transport service to and from and local pick up point.

Pholk Care also provides a one-to-one support service Monday to Sundays where they can support the support user with various aspects of their daily life out in the community.

They also provide enjoyable and educational respite holidays for their support users to give them the opportunity to learn independence and life skills whilst visiting a variety of places across the UK.
