Bendrigg Trust welcomes children and adults with special needs to come to the centre for the week or weekend.

There is no age limit and all ages and abilities can take part in the activities.

Programmes are ‘tailor-made’ for each group and a wide variety of activities can be incorporated, including climbing, abseiling, canoeing, caving, sailing and orienteering.

Bendrigg is open throughout the year and a team of qualified instructors are employed to deliver the activities.
