SEND Parents Help CIC is a free, parent-created service helping families across England navigate the often confusing SEND system. Its main service is an AI assistant in ChatGPT that can explain EHCPs, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), PIP, school support, Blue Badges, school transport and related processes in plain English. It can help parents understand forms, draft correspondence and work out what to ask next.

Built from first-hand experience of navigating SEND support as a parent, the assistant uses a curated knowledge base drawing on official guidance and specialist charities. The service is independent and does not replace SENDIASS or professional advice. A ChatGPT account is required to use the assistant; the website’s free guidance and articles do not require an SPH account.
