Donna is a qualified AAT practitioner (animal assisted therapy) and works with the horses and clients with a holistic approach.

She works with either individuals or small groups of children and adults at the centre in Bowers Gifford, Basildon.

The therapy may benefit many issues and her aim is to make things easier for her clients.

Donna has experience in autism, avoidance, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and socialisation issues.

With the indirect therapy approach via the ponies, this takes the pressure off the client and is a gentler way of helping an individual to overcome issues.
