Resolution Focused Mediation provides a mediator to act as a neutral third person in developing effective communications and building consensus between participants.

Mediation is a confidential process where the terms of discussion are not disclosed to any party outside the mediation hearing. Details discussed at the mediation will not be disclosed or used at a court hearing.
Mediators are trained in conflict resolution and aim to achieve the best care for families where there is conflict of interest between schools, parents/carers and the Local Authority.
