This Girl’s Ability is a non-profit organisation that works to provide sports and creative opportunities to girls and young women with disabilities.

Based in the London Borough of Havering, it offers an exciting range of activities for young people in East London and Essex. These include creative hobbies, access to sports, volunteering opportunities and workshops.

They currently offer weekly Multi-Sports Clubs, Fun Football Sessions, Pop Culture Club (fashion, arts and crafts, movies, tv, music and books) and a Swim Club.
