About this Specialist Talk
There are a range of reasons why some children may have difficulty with falling asleep or staying asleep; including sensory, dietary and emotional needs. Developing strategies to explore reasons for sleep difficulties is key to overcoming these issues, so that your child (and you) can enjoy a good nights sleep.
This session aims to help you to problem solve and develop strategies to help your child develop a healthy sleep pattern.
Please note: this is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have concerns about your child’s sleep or the impact of lack of quality sleep please consult your GP or other relevant health professionals
